Do I own my website?
Yes! Once you have paid off your contract, the website is yours! At that point, you have a three options:
1. Renew your contract along with a redesign.
2. Parlay your contract into a lower cost maintenance plan that comes with a performance guarantee.
3. You can migrate your site to another host where you can manage and maintain it on your own.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your contract prior to the 24 month agreement time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance and your website will be deleted. If you want to keep your site but move to another hosting provider, the remaining balance of your contract must be paid in full, and we will package up and hand over your files to you.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes! Your business is very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with our work. You have up until 30 days after your site is launched to receive a full refund.
Will you offer a discount if I pay in full?
Yes. We will give 10% off if you pay at contract and 1/2 launch.
